Trouble staying hard!?

Heres my story... i havnt had sex since my last girlfriend which was over a year ago. about a month or 2 ago i got in on a "friends with benefits" thing with this girl. well we tried to have sex 3 or 4 times and i could never stay hard. i thought it was a combination of a few things; i wasnt very attracted to her, i had condoms with no lube, and she was very dry/tight. so i kinda stopped seeing that girl.

now ive been dating this really awesome girl, shes really hot, she was a nationally ranked gymnast, she's just great. and we both agreed to take it slow, but im soooooo scared i wont be able to get completely hard. when we are making out and stuff i always get hard, but last night i thought we were gonna go all the way and i started to undress her and go down on her and i noticed i lost the erection! LUCKILY she stopped me and said she thought we were moving too fast.

so now im really scared. ive been doing kegal exercises and i was taking horny goat weed. didnt seem to help. i dont wanna mess this up, this girl is great. i think its all in my head... what should i do???

First of all stop noticing if you have an erection or not...Concentrate on her sexual parts....Your only problem is in your mind....Take care of her and drive her wild....Let her take care of you....I think you will do just fine...Take care....
